The middle of everything
Everyone has a favorite part of a cinnamon roll. Ours is the middle: soft, warm, full of cinnamon butter.
So we made a pastry that is all middle. Each Forget Me Knot is rolled, filled and braided by hand, then baked in small batches in Clovis.
Hearten Company is a small family business. We bake for neighbors at Peacock Market, for coffee shops around town, and for offices that want Wednesday mornings to feel a little better.
